Dusty McIver, OD

Education

Dusty McIver, OD, received his bachelor of science in biology from the University of Arkansas and went on to earn his doctor of optometry degree from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

He has performed numerous clinical rotations and gained valuable experience working as an ophthalmic technician and contact lens manager prior to seeking his optometry degree.

Professional Experience

Dr. McIver completed his clinical externship at McDonald Eye Associates and was involved in many clinical trials, including AcuFocus.

At Kugler Vision in Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. McIver sees patients of all ages and oversees a wide range of eyecare, including primary eyecare, cataract diagnoses and pre- and postoperative refractive surgery care.

Additionally, Dr. McIver stays connected professionally through his membership in the American Optometric Association.

Personal Interests

Dr. McIver and his wife, Angela, have four children. He enjoys golf, traveling, and computers.
