Wondering what LASIK is all about? Join us for a seminar at Kugler Vision to learn how it saves you money, is safe, quick, virtually painless, greatly enhances your life, and will last a lifetime! We welcome you to a fun and relaxing night at our office to learn more and have all your questions answered about LASIK. See and explore our office, even the Laser room! Enjoy a night out with yourself, a friend, significant other, or family. We will have food and drinks and want you to feel welcome, comfortable and confident in our office and about LASIK. Lance Kugler, MD will speak to further educate you on the LASIK procedure. On June 30, 2015, Kugler Vision is opening our doors for you to learn more about LASIK and ask Lance Kugler, MD your questions.
The order of the event consists of
- 6:30-7:00pm: Food and Mingle – guests are free to explore our office and visit with Dr. Kugler.
- 7:00-8:00pm: LASIK Presentation with Lance Kugler, MD as the speaker. He will be discussing
- the history of our practice and LASIK
- benefits of LASIK
- common myths
- what to expect the day of LASIK
- recovery time
Patient Perspective
After Lance Kugler MD presents, we will hear from Kyle, a recent LASIK patient. He will share his personal LASIK experience. Then we will open up the floor for Q&A. You, the audience, will be able to ask the patient and Dr. Kugler questions.

Lance Kugler, MD, is a specialist in LASIK and vision correction surgery and CEO of Kugler Vision. A proud Omaha native, he is passionate about improving lives through clear vision. Dr. Kugler serves on several national boards, and his practice is recognized internationally as a center of excellence. Dr. Kugler is one of the original founders of the Refractive Surgery Alliance, an international organization comprised of over 350 of the world’s leading vision correction surgeons; he also served as its first president. In 2019, Dr. Kugler was selected as a TEDx speaker, and delivered a talk in Omaha about the worldwide epidemic of nearsightedness and refractive solutions. Dr. Kugler is an Associate Professor of Refractive Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Truhlsen Eye Institute, has been published in many medical journals, and participates in numerous clinical studies to advance the field of vision correction surgery. Additionally, Dr. Kugler is proud to be a Board Certified Fellow of the World College of Refractive Surgery & Visual Sciences. Dr. Kugler and his wife are proud parents to five active kids. When he has a spare moment, he enjoys skiing, tennis, travel, and fine coffee.
