Kugler Vision, the highly specialized refractive surgery practice brings state-of-the-art technology and expertise, establishing the heartland as the top destination for outstanding vision correction.
OMAHA – Kugler Vision, Nebraska’s industry leader in laser vision correction, has opened the doors to its new location at 17838 Burke Street near Village Pointe, and is now seeing patients there. The refractive surgery center occupies suite 100 of the Advent Building, and features a newly constructed 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility unique to the Omaha metro area.
LASIK is widely known as the most common procedure to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. But LASIK is one of seven vision correction procedures available for the restoration of vision at all stages of life. Kugler Vision is the only practice across Nebraska and Iowa to specialize in all of them. This broad range of services makes Kugler Vision unmatched in its ability to fully customize treatment to each individual’s unique needs – and it’s revolutionizing the patient experience.
“Omaha is an incredible city and community, and we are fortunate to be located here, as one of the most specialized refractive surgery centers in the U.S.,” says founder and surgeon Lance Kugler, MD. “Our patients enjoy the life-changing experience that vision correction surgery provides them, and they are eager to share that experience with others. This has built our reputation as a top vision care destination.”
Kugler Vision’s move was necessary to accommodate the Midwest’s increasing demand for vision correction. Since the practice opened in the fall of 2011, patients have traveled to Kugler Vision from 44 U.S. states because of its unparalleled approach to the patient experience.
Dr. Kugler and his team of vision experts maintain an intense dedication to bringing today’s most exciting and transformative technological advancements to Omaha and the Midwest. In addition to participating in clinical trials, the practice has been the first in the region to introduce Relex SMILE vision correction, corneal inlay technology to correct the need for reading glasses, cross-linking for the treatment of keratoconus, and the Symfony IOL advanced lens for use in laser cataract surgery.
Dr. Kugler is available to the media to speak further on Kugler Vision’s recent relocation and the practice’s innovative approach to patient care. A grand opening event for the public is set for Thursday, October 5. Private guided tours of Kugler Vision’s new, state-of-the art facility and surgical suite are available to the media by appointment.
