Kugler Vision Welcomes New Surgical Associate Drew Dickson, MD
Drew Dickson, MD is an ophthalmologist working in collaboration with Lance Kugler, MD,
specializing in refractive vision correction surgery for patients at all stages of life.
OMAHA — Refractive procedures like LASIK are more popular than ever, but only a few new refractive surgeons are trained in the U.S. each year. A national program for young physicians addresses this growing need for trained surgeons by providing valuable opportunities to gain experience in the field of ophthalmology — and Kugler Vision of Omaha, Nebraska is a proud participant.
Kugler Vision is thrilled to introduce a new member of its team, Drew Dickson, MD, who will be joining the top refractive surgery center in the Heartland.
Dr. Dickson, a graduate of Liberty University, earned his medical degree from University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine. He completed his preliminary year of internal medicine at University of South Dakota and his Ophthalmology Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina Storm Eye Institute. Dr. Dickson has a passion for improving lives through correcting vision, and made the choice to come to Kugler Vision to participate in its comprehensive Cataract and Refractive Surgery Fellowship. Dr. Dickson will be joining Lance Kugler, MD and his team, where he will specialize in all aspects of refractive surgery, including today’s seven modern laser vision procedures for correcting vision.
“We are proud to welcome such a highly qualified doctor who has such passion for enhancing patients’ lives through the restoration of vision,” says Lance Kugler, MD, founder and physician CEO of Kugler Vision.
Kugler Vision is a highly specialized refractive surgery practice dedicated to bringing today’s most advanced technology to the region. This reputation, combined with world-class care, has made the Heartland a destination for those seeking their best vision.
Dr. Kugler is available to the media to speak further on Dr. Dickson and the growing demand for refractive surgeons.
